Please note that once sealed product has been opened, it cannot be returned. This includes breaking a shrink-wrap seal.
Refund & Exchange: We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from us, but in the unlikely event that you are not, please contact support@redlinecollectibles.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve your issue.
If an item arrives broken or damaged then a refund/replacement will be arranged once the item/s have been returned; the return postage will be refunded. If the product is not in a defective state, but is delivered anyway, we may not compensate the cost of the return postage.
If you simply don’t like the item then under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are within your rights to request a cancellation/return. This is called a “cooling-off period”. If the item has been opened, this right is waived, and a refund will not be granted. When sending back products for a cancellation, the sender pays the shipping. We recommend tracked or signed for postage so we can confirm.
